If you go to a standard GP, they will run panels for disease markers, tell you your levels are "within range", and send you home (while you might still feel like shit).
That is conventional "Illness Medicine". We doctors want to rule out the worst to ensure we don't miss serious problems.
I practice with a Health Optimisation lens. I look at your stress, imbalances, deficiencies and specialise in metabolic health and movement.
By looking at data others don't, I measure health and stay open to the "woo" stuff that my clients say actually works without judgement (like breathing, movement, and light).
It’s not magic*. It’s biology. And we are going to hack it.
